Dolotech grew out of a pattern we kept seeing: plenty of small and medium businesses in Vietnam had already paid for software, yet were still closing deals over scattered chat messages, consolidating revenue in spreadsheets passed back and forth, and finding old contracts by asking whoever happened to remember. The problem was rarely a missing tool. It was that the tool did not match how the business actually ran.

We work the other way around: start with your process, then build the software. Before writing a single line of code, our team sits with you to understand whose hands an order passes through, which numbers get typed in twice, and where your customers end up waiting.

What we do

Dolotech builds and operates its own platforms: Dolotech CRM for customer and pipeline management, Dpage for bringing Facebook, Zalo and website conversations into one shared inbox, and Donloc.vn for online order management. Alongside these, we design business websites and build custom software on ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.

Owning the platforms makes a real difference: when your business needs a workflow the product does not yet support, we change it at the source instead of telling you the software cannot do that.

Why we focus on smaller businesses

Large companies have in-house IT teams and budget to experiment. Smaller businesses do not — every amount spent has to produce a visible change, usually within weeks rather than quarters.

So we deliver in short phases, tackle the most painful problem first, measure the result, and only then expand. You see the system working early, and you are free to stop whenever you decide it is enough.

What we commit to

• You own your system. Source code, database and documentation are handed over in full. No lock-in.
• Clear scope and pricing. Deliverables, schedule and cost go into the contract. Anything extra is agreed before the work starts.
• Honest advice. We will tell you when you do not need a feature, even when that makes the contract smaller.
• Support after launch. Handover day is when the system starts living, not when we walk away.
