Dolotech Technology Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Công Nghệ Dolotech, tax code 0111629266) is a Hanoi-based company that builds software, websites and digital transformation solutions for small and medium businesses. Dolotech develops the DonLoc software ecosystem: DonLoc CRM for multichannel sales management, D-Page (Dpage) for omnichannel chat with an AI chatbot, and HRM Nhân sự for HR and work management — all on one DonLoc account.

Dolotech grew out of a pattern we kept seeing: plenty of shops and smaller businesses in Vietnam had already paid for software, yet were still closing sales over scattered chat messages, consolidating revenue in spreadsheets passed back and forth, and running payroll on a workbook only one person understood. The problem was rarely a missing tool. It was that the tools did not talk to each other, and did not match how the business actually ran.

So we built products that share one account and exchange data with each other: an order closed in the chat window lands straight in the sales software, and sales figures flow into staff payroll and KPIs. And because we wrote them ourselves, when your business needs a workflow the products do not yet support, we can change it at the source instead of telling you the software cannot do that.

The DonLoc software ecosystem

DonLoc is a product of Dolotech. One DonLoc account signs in to DonLoc CRM, D-Page and HRM Nhân sự. Each product handles one part of the job — selling, talking to customers, managing people — and they share data with each other.

DonLoc CRM — Multichannel sales management software

DonLoc CRM is sales management software for shops and retail chains, with its official site at DonLoc.vn. Counter sales, delivery orders, stock, invoices and bookkeeping live in one application and one database. It suits everything from a newly opened single shop to a multi-branch chain, and works on computers and phones.

• Sales: quick counter sales (scan a barcode, take payment, print the receipt, with stock deducted on every sale); delivery orders with address, shipping fee and cash on delivery; line or order discounts and VAT; product combos; custom print templates.
• Customers: purchase history, total spent and last order for every customer; returning customers are filled in from their phone number; retail, wholesale and agent customer classes.
• Inventory: goods receipts, issues and stock counts with adjustment slips; transfers between stores; product variants; barcode labels; Excel import and export. Every store keeps its own warehouse.
• Shipping and sales channels: send orders to carriers, get tracking numbers, follow deliveries, reconcile cash on delivery and handle returns; tag each order with its sales channel; message customers about order status through a Zalo Official Account. Marketplace connections for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Tiki are coming soon.
• Invoices and books: e-invoices issued at the moment of sale; household-business accounting ledgers that follow current regulations; cash book plus customer and supplier debts; export to Google Sheets.
• Reports and administration: revenue by day, month, store, staff member and sales channel; many stores under one account with independent data; staff permissions down to each screen and action.
• Data protection: temporary lock after repeated wrong passwords and two-factor authentication; each business's data separated at the database level; customer phone numbers, addresses and emails encrypted at rest; export your data at any time.
• Shop.donloc online store: publish your own online store, connect a custom domain and pick a theme for your industry; web orders flow straight into DonLoc CRM.

D-Page — Omnichannel chat with an AI chatbot

D-Page brings messages and comments from Facebook (Messenger and page comments), Instagram, Zalo OA and website live chat into one shared inbox. Your sales team replies in one place and creates orders without leaving the conversation; the AI chatbot covers messages on the schedule you choose — even outside business hours — while the AI assistant helps staff reply faster and close sales. AI chatbot and AI assistant

• Chatbot auto-replies: switch it on per channel and choose when it works — always (once nobody has replied within the time you set), only outside business hours, or only when no staff member is online. It groups messages a customer sends in quick succession into one reply and gives short answers based only on your shop information and your product and combo catalogue: price, material, specifications and features.
• No made-up answers, and it knows when to step aside: the chatbot never invents prices, promotions, shipping fees or policies. Complaints, returns, questions about past orders and requests for a real person are handed to your staff. When a customer wants to buy, it collects their name, phone number and address so staff can create the order. Staff can pause or resume the chatbot for any customer with one click.
• AI reply drafts: suggested replies for closing the sale, asking for delivery details, recommending add-ons, following up, or rewriting what you are typing — based on the conversation, the customer profile, recent orders and your catalogue. Staff edit them and send them themselves.
• AI order drafting: reads the conversation and pre-fills products, quantities, recipient, phone number and address, always taking prices from the catalogue. Staff check the order before creating it in DonLoc CRM.
• Learns your products from DonLoc CRM: the chatbot learns the products you sell, combos, detailed descriptions and recent sales, and refreshes that knowledge automatically. Let it cover your whole catalogue or only the items you choose; for multi-store businesses with different prices, it quotes the best price together with the branch.

The AI assistant is part of D-Page's optional Chatbot AI plan and runs on OpenAI models using the shop's own OpenAI API key. The chatbot answers private messages only, never public comments.

Omnichannel chat for the whole sales team

• Unified inbox: one-tap filters for unread, unanswered, with or without a phone number, by staff member and by tag; reply to, privately message, like or hide comments right from the inbox.
• Orders inside the chat: the order form sits in the right-hand column without covering the conversation, and orders go straight into DonLoc CRM for the store you choose. Phone numbers and addresses customers send are saved to their profile automatically.
• Quick replies and teamwork: reply templates on the "/" key, conversation tags, internal notes, a "colleague is typing" indicator and warnings for Meta's 24-hour and 7-day messaging windows.
• Automatic assignment: round-robin to staff on duty, with returning customers going back to their previous owner; choose whether everyone sees all conversations, only their own plus unassigned ones, or only their own.
• Staff performance reports: response times, share of conversations answered within 5 minutes, conversations, orders and revenue per person; compare with the previous period and export to Excel.
• Secure connections: connect Facebook with one button without giving D-Page your Facebook password; sign in with a DonLoc account or an internal D-Page account.

HRM Nhân sự — HR and work management software

HRM Nhân sự (hrm.donloc.vn) brings task assignment, timekeeping, leave, payroll and KPIs into one system, and you sign in with your existing DonLoc account. Its motto: the right people meet the right work, and the business blossoms.

• Task assignment and progress tracking: drag-and-drop Kanban board, priorities, deadlines and comments; staff see and update only their own tasks.
• Smart timekeeping and leave: staff clock in and out themselves, with late arrivals, half days and overtime worked out automatically; a colour-coded monthly timesheet; leave requests and approvals, with leave balances deducted automatically and approved leave written into the timesheet.
• One-click payroll: pay by attendance, allowances, overtime, social, health and unemployment insurance, family deductions and progressive personal income tax; KPI bonuses, 13th-month pay and sales commission from DonLoc CRM; printable payslips.
• Sales KPIs and bonuses: configurable KPI sets fed automatically by DonLoc CRM (revenue, return rate), timekeeping and D-Page (customer care); A/B/C/D grades written into payroll.
• "Needs attention" alerts: pending leave requests, overdue tasks, contracts about to expire, probation beyond 60 days and payroll not yet finalised show up on the dashboard.
